Job Responsibilities: * Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, and toileting etc.); * Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner; * Reminds client to take self-administered medications * Establishing and maintaining effective communication and a professional relationship with client's family members * Use a Hoyer Lift for a bariatric patient * Personal care and hygiene assistance; including hair, nail, dressing, and grooming; * Promoting client independence and wellness. * Assist with physical therapy exercise (per physical therapist instructions) * Ability to move patient with hoyer lift or willing to learn how to use it * Be willing and able to provide compassionate care to people in vulnerable situations; - CPR certification - prepared light meals and or do light cooking Updated vaccine and flu shots
