About who needs care: There are positions for people who could work 6am-2p Friday to Sun and 2pm-10p Thursday-Sun. My Son is 29 and needs personal supports for all ADLs (activities for daily living) assistance with incontinence, dressing assistance, medication administration, etc. he has multiple diagnoses including autism, epilepsy and GI issues. He is not aggressive or on a behavior management program, but the work is hands on. About the care needs: Attention to detail, consistent in performing tasks, dependable long term employment. In addition to the $32-35 pay rate, After 9 months on the job, employment benefits will be offered like healthcare reimbursements, pto and sick leave, reimbursements for training re certifications that are required for this position as well will be offered for basic first aid, CPR and CMT (Certified Medication Technician). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
