Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Gambrills

About who needs care: Our family needs help to care for my stepdaughter who is in her 30's, but in the last few years she has become legally blind (technically she is diagnosed with very low vision) due to diabetic retinopathy, is a Type 1 diabetic, and now needs transportation to and from dialysis 3 times a week. She still likes to garden, but can no longer see well enough to do many activities she once enjoyed and cannot see well enough to do routine things i. e. go grocery shopping, etc. without a companion for assistance. She needs someone to talk to... go on errands with, pick up medication from the pharmacy, and provide transportation to and/or from her medical appointments. About the care needs: She needs someone with a ton of patience, and who can handle a client who can be quite difficult at times. She will occasionally lash out at family members and medical staff, etc. (she was very independent prior to losing her sight) and becomes very frustrated at times from her limitations and needs a lot of compassion and understanding. She is covered in tattoos, might be described as a sort of "hippie" type, but her father - my husband - is the total opposite in every way... he is retired from the Marine Corps. We have 6 children, and we still both work too much, and need some help to take care of her... thank you! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
