About who needs care: Underlying conditions include mobility issues due to peripheral arterial disease, BPH, and vascular dementia. Needs someone to help develop a routine including physical activity. Ideally Farsi or Kurdish speaker. About the care needs: Because of his memory issues, Dr Erfan can get confused sometimes, particularly later in the day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
