About the job
Must complete a W-2 form to report wages and tax withholding for filing taxes. Must assist in transferring a 240 lb, 5'11" male. To be paid by the insurance company, must have at least one of the following: -Must have a CNA or HHA certification (or equivalent). -Requires at least 75 hours of classroom training and 16 hours of clinical caregiver training completed within the past 5 years. -Must have at least 1 year of experience working in an assisted living facility. Responsibilities include: Medication prompting and management. Light housekeeping and tidying up. Mobility assistance and wound care. Assisting with bathing, dressing, and feeding. Supporting physical activity and companionship. Meal preparation, eating assistance, and heavy lifting.
