Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Frederick

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. He will be coming home from rehab/skilled nursing after a severe stroke in July. He will need help with daily mobility tasks, especially bathroom skills. He will need help getting dressed, being changed, and showering. He is currently weening off a feeding tube and onto solids. My mother is in the home too and is there to help, but cannot do any type of lifting. We would like somebody with a nursing degree/background.
