About who needs care: My brother is currently in a nursing home for rehab. There is no care being provided other than meals and meds. I need someone to get my brother up and around to clean himself up. He is able to but just lays in bed all day deeply depressed. I am afraid he will develop bed sores and that will be the beginning of the end. I visit 4 times a week but he won't cooperate with me. Maybe a stranger will have more luck. He has dialysis 3 times a week and is recovering from RSV. His legs are very week and he has serious heart issues. About the care needs: Someone who won't put up with all his crap. He can get pretty nasty. No special skills needed. He reads history all day. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
