About who needs care: Wendy has just had a heart transplant and is finally home after 7 months in the hospital/rehab. While in the hospital, Wendy lost a lot of weight and her BMI was down to 14, her muscles were atrophied entirely and the road to recovery will be long. We would love to find someone who can help Wendy with physical therapy to help rebuild her muscles, ideally you could come 5 times a week for 45-60 minutes. Walking, Weights, Stretching, Exercise are all needed. We have a fantastic gym in our building which you can use for rehab. About the care needs: We are looking for somebody who is gentle, mindful of Wendys condition and timely; Experiance in Nursing or Physical therapy is a plus. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
