Full-time Senior Care Provider In Adamstown Maryland

Must complete a W-2 form to report wages and tax withholding for filing taxes and be able to assist in transferring a 240 lb, 5'11" male with dementia. To be paid by the insurance company, you must provide documentation to one of the following: -Must have a CNA or HHA certification (or equivalent). -Requires at least 75 hours of classroom training and 16 hours of clinical caregiver training completed within the past 5 years. -Or must have at least 1 year of experience working in an assisted living facility. Responsibilities: -Medication prompting -Light housekeeping and tidying up. -Mobility assistance -Colostomy bag cleaning and changing. -Assisting with bathing, dressing, and feeding. -Supporting physical activity and companionship. -Meal preparation and blood pressure monitoring -Experience communicating to a dementia patient
