Hello! I am looking for elder care for my almost 94-year-old grandmother 20 - 40 hours per week. . She is mobile, but needs reminders to the eat, use the bathroom, drinking water and juice. She needs monitoring and possible assistance with getting out of the chair but can walk on her own with someone near her or holding her arm/hand. She needs reminders on how to do some basics. Going on short walks, watching TV, occasionally playing games with her, heating up her meals, handing her, her medication, making some light meals like eggs, toast for breakfast or rice and vegetables for lunch. She is not loud or very talkative. She suffers from Alzheimer's and Dementia. Assistance with toileting by way of reminding her of what to do.
