Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Woburn

About who needs care: Difficulty getting around uses walker. Has fallen. Needs help with bathing, dressing and household tasks. Very friendly and not confused. Also, my grandfather, her husband, has just had a knee replacement and is recovering - he's in good health and is 81, he needs the same type of help for the next couple of weeks. Daily routine of dressing, food prep, hygeine needs. They both have a PT twice a week in home. Twice a week an assistant come to give my grandmother a bath. We need help beyond that. About the care needs: SOmeone friendly and experienced would be best, thank you. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
