About who needs care: Mom fell and fractured shoulder on friday. I work most mornings 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday 4 p.m. to midnight just need someone to help her get to and from bathroom n back into bed. My daughter's help some days but would need some extra assistance few hrs each day I'm at work. About the care needs: She tries to be independent but can't be right now.
