My good-natured husband needs help 3 late afternoons or early evenings to undress, toilet and transfer to bed. He has MS and has good upper body strength which makes working with him easy, according to his long-time PCAs. He can't walk, but he uses a power chair, a motorized bed, and a powered Hoyer lift. The time required is between and hour and an hour and a half, paid by third party. Wife is always home to help if need be, and we are flexible, so if you have any questions, please ask!
