Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, PCA, or similar. CPR and First Aid Certification. Reliable transportation. High School Diploma or equivalent.
