Seeking Hospice Care For Granny In Our Home

We are seeking a caring, kind, compassionate, punctual, reliable caregiver for our mother. She recently had hip surgery and is not as mobile. She's declined a lot the last 6 months. Often in bed. Our mother suffers from Alzheimer's/dementia and at times can be very combative. Need someone that knows when to leave her alone. We are seeking someone very confident with changing, cleaning granny and bathing. I work from home some days and can assist when I am home. Weekly pay, holiday bonus. Our mother enjoys sitting outside, going for a drive and listening to music. Keeping my mother's bedroom/bathroom clean.
