Help is needed for my adult child in their 20s - seeking full-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). The community therapeutic mentor directly supports one young adult participant, emphasizing building and maintaining therapeutic rapport, implementing a behavior plan to support safety, creating a schedule of engaging activities, and scaffolding skill development. Responsibilities include assisting the individual with setting up and accompanying them on community outings (e. g., transportation to and from activities and medical appointments, grocery shopping, volunteering, and leisure activities). Hours are flexible between the hours of 10-6 pm, Monday-Friday.
