Seeking caregivers to join our mother's caregiver team. She's a personable 78-year-old with mid-stage dementia who enjoys people. Responsibilities: - Conversation, companionship - Laying out daily clothes - Although she showers herself, different bathroom products confuse her at times - Serving meals, which are generally pre-made and just need to be warmed - Light housekeeping - Ensuring general safety Although flexible with hours, we're currently seeking the following coverage: - 9 a.m. Sat. - 9 a.m. Mon. - 9 a.m. Weds. - 9 a.m. Thurs. - 8 p.m. Thurs- 9 a.m. Fri. While she typically sleeps through the night and seldom needs any overnight assistance, we prefer to have a caregiver in the house in case the need arises. Issues aside, it's understood that the caregiver would also generally use the time to sleep. Live-in situations are also available.
