Seeking Part-time Care Provider In Pittsfield

We are looking for a practical and proactive Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support a self-motivated stroke survivor who is optimistic about their recovery. This role involves assisting with physical and occupational therapy, providing transportation for errands and appointments, preparing lunch, and helping with adaptive/assistive technology. An important aspect of the role is to identify and explore various community locations for physical therapy pools, gyms, outdoor facilities, etc to enhance the recovery process. Responsibilities: Assist with physical and occupational therapy exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Provide transportation for errands, doctor appointments, and therapy sessions. Prepare and serve lunch. Help the patient understand and use new adaptive technology.
