About who needs care: Need care for both parents, making dinner meal, visiting, errands. About the care needs: My Mom was a nurse and Dad was a long distance trail runner. Mom has short term memory issues. We need some who is kind and treats them as respected elders. They need someone who can communicate clearly as there are hearing challenges. They need a positive attitude and sweet sense of humor. Mom doesn't have much of an appetite. She has Schleraderma which must now be affecting her stomach. Dad could use company on a walk around the block. They may have doctors' appointments on these days so transportation would be necessary. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
