Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lexington, Ma.

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Lexington, Ma.. My mother currently resides in a memory care community in Lexington Ma. I live out of state so I am looking for a care professional that can visit her a few times a week for a few hours and check in on her, help her with her daily needs, provide companionship as well as report back to me on how she is doing. Video calls with me during your visit would be part of the my requirements since she cannot use her smart phone anymore. Because I live out of state, I would also love if you could take her out when needed to appointments when I cannot be there. Elaine is very ambulatory and healthy. She is a sweetheart who loves everybody and wants to be loved in return. Because of her diagnosis patience is a must. She requires lots of prompts and cueing & positive reinforcement.
