Hello I am a 33-Year-old male with Duchenne Muscular Distrophy, working remote from home, searching for reliable, PCA to assist with day to day activities: getting up and ready for the day, install in electric wheelchair using electric Hoyer lift , preparing meals, some housekeeping, errands and a few transportation around town with my minivan. These are daytime shifts, 8. 30 a.m. to 3. 30 p.m. Monday to Friday Driver's license required. Comfortable with service dogs. Non-smoker. $22/hour We are looking for someone who could start Asap Thank You
