Seeking Full-time Personal Assistant And Companion For ALS Patient

I am looking for a few full time personal assistants who can be not only a companion but also help communicate between a patient with ALS (and limited communication skills) and the long term care facility. The patient communicates only with his eye movements which can be hard to express what he wants or needs. General companionship is also a must - watching shows, listening to podcasts, general conversations! Video calls with the family (we talk multiple times a week) and constant communication about the patience status is a must just so we all are in the loop and can check on (family lives all over the East Coast).
