Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Hingham

About who needs care: This is for help with groceries, some very mild house cleaning tasks - she's quite neat - and some light lifting. She has depression and is new to the area and cant drive locally very well. Running to the store across the street to get groceries (you can see stop and shop from her building) and some local errands and really just having someone dependable and a companion. Her two daughters live close by and see her often but we both have full time jobs and kids. About the care needs: Someone who is nice, not too over powering, low key and just willing to help and be a smiling face. Im not sure if we need two or three days a week at this point. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
