Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Florence

About who needs care: My mother has Alzheimer's disease that is approaching a severe level. Physically, she has good strength overall. The exception is that she has severe arthritis in her left knee. She hobbles around the house. Her hearing is terrible and she will not wear hearing aids. If she does not understand me, I can usually get through with a note on a message board. She still plays the piano and likes to look at cooking and home decor magazines. She loves sweets. She cooked and baked her whole life, so she is picky about what she eats. About the care needs: Kind, caring, compassionate, patient, cheerful. Specific interests that would be a plus would be cooking, baking, artistic ability, musical ability Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
