Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement in activities Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment Assist with medication reminders (as per state regulations) Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the care team Follow care plans and ensure clients' dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
