About the job
About who needs care: We are looking for companion care and someone who could make a meal for my dad. He loves people.. he does not need any help eating or getting dressed. May need help in the bathroom after having a movement. My dad wears hearing aids and his hearing is difficult. Loved talking to people, watches tv. Does not read much anymore because he has eye issues. Gets up late morning. There is no real structure to his day- he gets up, eats. Take him out to do some errands and then home for a light lunch, dinner around 5:30-6 and bed time around 10. About the care needs: Ideally we would like someone that has a nursing or medical background. Someone bubbly and chatty would be great! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
