About who needs care: My name is Kathy Topazio, I am an End of Life Doula supporting a family whose Mother is coming from the UK on the 12th of January and staying with daughter. Pt is newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's and looking to pursue VSED. Family looking for HHA support for overnight and day time. Looking for non judgmental support. About the care needs: Kind, pleasant, calm, knowledgeable with VSED or willing to learn, capable with transfers to commode when necessary and total care as it gets to this point. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
