MALES CAREGIVER ONLY LIVE IN 24/7 CARE- Travel MUST To Florida/Boston

70 y/o male with progressive supranuclear palsy looking for a live in male caregiver who can work for 1-2 weeks with a week or 2 off in between depending on where he is living. Experience with this disease is preferred and/or Parkinson's experience. Lives in Boston from May-November and then resides in Florida from November-May. You will sleep in the home. -you must have a valid driver's license to transport patient to all doctor's appointments -must be able to travel with him internationally and domestically -MUST have a passport valid prior to interviewing -travel to Florida can be 1-2 weeks at a time -travel to Cape Cod during his months in Boston -Assistance with showering, dressing, ambulation with a rolling walker -Major fall risk experience working with patients with balance issue -Pt has speech impairment
