I am living with COPD and emphysema, which makes it difficult for me to complete certain tasks due to breathing challenges. I am looking for assistance with getting in and out of the shower, although I am fully able to bathe myself. I am seeking someone who is: Punctual and available every Tuesday morning for approximately 3 to 3. 5 hours Diligent about hand washing to help maintain my health Experienced in senior care, with no young children at home Able to assist with light meal preparation (e. g., chopping vegetables) and provide occasional help with food prep Additional services include running errands, attending appointments, grocery shopping (primarily at Market Basket), light housekeeping, walking with me for exercise, and occasional transportation. Requirements: Must have a car Must speak English fluently
