Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Andover

We are looking for a kind, patient, and communicative caregiver to help take care of my 82-year-old mother in Andover. The ideal candidate has experience building trust with elderly clients and a track record of providing long-term, consistent care. A calm demeanor, good listening skills, and a gentle, but effective approach are important. In this role, you can expect to: Drive her to medical appointments Run errands Assist with small household chores, such as changing sheets Take trash bins to the curb Provide weekly updates (more below) We'd also like the candidate to provide a weekly update on my mother's well being. Given that we live across the country in California and she has mild cognitive impairment, it's often difficult to understand how she is truly doing. This check-in would help us stay better informed of her needs.
