About who needs care: Walks very slow with walker, can feed herself but cant prepare meal. Developing dementia. Dad is 95 and is there but getting dementia so cant remember to take meds cant remember how to make coffee, he gets around but everything getting harder. They just need someone there to get food into microwave or make toast and cereal. And sit to fetch things needed. Mom has hospice to help with shower but they come pretty late. We just need a presence there. About the care needs: No specialized skill. Maybe it would be nice to read a book with mom. Someone not too forceful. gentl voice and calm personality. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
