Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New Orleans

About who needs care: Prediabetic, minor hearing loss, 5-5" 220lbs. Able to use walker to bathroom and upstairs hallway and next bedroom second floor. Needs moderate assist downstairs to van/car outside. Short of breath when walking, activity, etc. No oxygen but using respiratory inhalers. Needs assistance due to shortness of breath and non motivation. 4hrs/day/week mostly requesting. About the care needs: Appreciates someone who uses humor or understands someone who uses humor a great deal to cope. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
