About the job
About who needs care: Diabetes, mini strokes causing dementia, trouble standing and walking. We need to relieve some of the stress from my stepmom. She's a small woman and he's a tall man. She needs help lifting him up to get to the wheelchair and bed, and help with changing and feeding him too. It's going to be too much for her since his last stroke. I think that help from the time he gets up in the morning to the afternoon would be ideal. About the care needs: He gets frustrated easily but my stepmom is a saint. He needs someone patient, calm and quiet that tells him beforehand what is going to happen. Otherwise, he gets a bit frustrated. He doesn't talk much at all. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
