About who needs care: chronic pain, dizziness, recent rib injury, mobility restrictions My mother is a widow in her early 60s who suffers from chronic illness and pain. We are currently on the hunt for a diagnosis, but in the meantime she needs someone to help her with basic mobility and household tasks, personal care, and occasional transportation. Must be comfortable interacting with autistic persons (my adult sister with autism lives with my mother, though she is largely self-sufficient). My mom loves Tudor history, reality TV and people! About the care needs: Someone sociable with a good sense of humor! My mom is a huge people person. No specialized skills needed, just generalized ability to help with basic mobility and household tasks. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
