About the job
I need live-in home care to take care of myself in Gretna. I am totally paralyzed on the left side. I need help with transfers from the bed to toilet, wheelchair, chair, etc. I need help transferring back to bed and repositioning in bed. I also need help showering. I need someone to bring meals to me, but I have no difficulty feeding myself. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. I prefer a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. I have a small Yorkie (dog).
