About who needs care: I will be needing care as I will be bed-bound for 2 months recovering from surgery to be performed in months ahead. I'm an able paraplegic who lives alone in accessible house with room available for caregiver. I will need help with meals and general care. Health care will be provided 3 times a week. About the care needs: It is not necessary to have spent time with a paraplegic, per se, but to be tolerant and patient during potentially boring times. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
