I'm looking for transportation to outpatient cataract surgery for myself in my 60s. Duties include providing transportation to outpatient cataract surgery, stay during and drive me home after surgery. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands). Will need same cataract surgery for the other eye Thursday, May 15, 2025 with follow up appointment on May 16, Friday. They will contact me with a specific time to report within 1 to 2 days before surgeries on May 1 and also on May 15.
