About the job
About who needs care: Needing someone who can take me and stay at facility during procedures then to take me back home. I have my own vehicle we can use or we can go by yours. My procedure is for a 10 arrival time so pick-up no later than 9:15. I also have one on the 25th at the same time and facility. Hoping to find someone available for both days if possible but if not, that is fine too. Please only respond if you are available for the 21st or on both days. About the care needs: Someone who will remain in the facility during my procedures. Services needed include: transportation.
