Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Louisville

I need senior care provider with experience for an 79-year-old male with mild to moderate dementia. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some responsibilities will include helping with bathing and dressing, boils feedings through feeding tube and transportation to/from dialysis a few days per week. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
