About the care needs: Patient is alert and oriented. Approximately 130lbs. Very hard of hearing. Enjoys social events and puzzles. Needs assistance with all ADLs. Continent of bowel and bladder but requires assistance using the restroom, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, etc. Currently in rehab for physical therapy related to leg pain. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
