Hands-on Care Needed For Elderly Mother

My mom is 91 and has severe arthritis in her knees, so she's mostly confined to a wheelchair. She's very sweet, and loves to talk. She's a pianist and former singer, and taught music for her career. She's a beloved part of our family, but she's lonely, as she used to be very active. My dad is 88, and has hearing loss and diminished eyesight, so he's limited in helping her. We want help for her in bathing, using the bathroom, keeping her company, and doing light housework. Also, she needs help practicing physical therapy, and using her walker. Ideally we want someone kind and talkative, supportive of her Christian faith, and strong enough to physically assist her. My parents aren't eating nutritiously, so it would be nice if the person could help prepare meals. My parents are lovers of music, like operas, musicals, and Sinatra-era songs.
