Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lexington

About who needs care: My Mom is home from a 3 week hospital stay. We are looking for overnight care to help with walking back and forth to the bathroom, getting up and down out of a recliner chair, giving medicine, assistance dressing, etc. About the care needs: We are looking for someone who may be available on an on-going basis as we determine how best to care for my Mom. Ultimately, I would like to bring her to my own home for care when she is well enough to travel. I have family that are willing to stay and help at the same time, but they are unable to help with transitions from the chair to the restroom, etc. We are looking for someone with a caring heart who is gentle and understands how difficult this type of transition can be. My Mom was completely independent at home until this. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
