About who needs care: Dx: Anca Vasculitis Cannot yet walk feet numb with foot drop. Hands numb / tingly with minimal strength. Was in the hospital for 1 1/2 months & acute IP rehab for a month. Discharge 9/20 to home. About the care needs: Must have ability to assist transfer from hospital bed to wheelchair or bedside commode, as well as back to bed, as needed. OT & PT are scheduled. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
