About who needs care: Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinsons. Hes fairly easy & cooperative. Frequently falls even using a walker therefore he needs someone holding gait belt when walking. No hobbies per se just likes to sit & watch tv. He does exit seek and wonder a lot at night. About the care needs: Someone to engage with him but not overly chatty. Hes quite. Needs help with toileting, bathing, basically all ADLs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
