Seeking Senior Care Provider In Crestwood/Valley Station

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). My mom is Bavarian and loves to ride her bike at 88 years old in and around Valley Station however, afib is starting to change that and she is struggling with Independence. I live in North Carolina and periodically help my brother (Crestwood) care for her and his dog. Ideally I could find somebody like myself to be with her when I can't.
