About who needs care: Jan has the beginning stages of dementia and mobility is also an issue. She can no longer clean or do laundry. My dad is able-bodied but needs help with household chores. Jan will try to talk the whole time making it hard for a person to get their work done. Also, she sometimes has paranoia about people stealing her stuff.
