Provides care agreed upon by client or client's family and RNS case manager Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer's, dementia clients, vital signs patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed. -Current CPR certification (or certified within 3 months of hire). -Yearly TB testing and free of communicable diseases.
