Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Yorktown

About who needs care: Early memory problems. Can feed himself without problems. He's a diabetic and gets insulin 2 xs per day. Needs given his daily meds, only a few then he gets a pill at night. Has a chronic foley that gets exchange every 4 weeks. Has a lady that cooks/cleans 4 hours per day currently on Monday/Wednesday and Friday. He ambulates with a rolling walker to the kitchen bathroom. He drinks 2-3 beers and has pretzels every night starting around 5:00 p.m. Often goes to bed around 8:30-9:00 p.m. unless watching a ball game. He is not strong enough to manipulate his walker, make coffee or warm up food in microwave safely at home. He is forgetful at times. About the care needs: He's got a dry sense of humor and has been a widow for past 5 years. He's not super talkative. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
