Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Westfield

About who needs care: Looking for someone to help my father get motivated to get out of bed. Does not do a very good job remembering things and want someone to help get going in the morning with bathing, brushing teeth, taking morning pills, and remembering to do his exercises. Can get around on his own but has some fine motor skill issues due to mini strokes. Speaks English well but primary language is Greek. He does not have many hobbies unfortunately. Ideal day for him is to sleep, so trying to get him on a schedule waking up and bathing around 9am, exercise around 11am, nap at noon and the caregiver is free to go! I work from home and can help motivate for tasks. About the care needs: Preferred able to help with exercises. My dad is 70 and can mostly get around safely on his own. Preferred Greek speaking Persistent personality as my dad is not very motivated to get out of bed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
