Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In West Lafayette

About who needs care: We suspect early dementia, but a recent cognitive study did not confirm. She also has problems with strength and balance that she's currently getting treatment for in a rehab center. She gets frequent UTI's (which may account for other symptoms). She spent her entire adult life raising a family, then lost dad about 15 years ago. She was an avid gardener, but that's decreased about 3-4 years ago. She's very attached to her dog. I'm her son. Our goal is for her to move in with her other son and his 4 kids, in West Lafayette About the care needs: Patient and stern. Mom frequently insists she doesn't need help. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
